We take 2–4 days to process your order, then 2–3 weeks to deliver it.
Do you ship worldwide 🌍 ?
We deliver in the United States and Europe.
Where do you ship your products from 🏭 ?
Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our international warehouse, however, is based in China.
Do you provide tracking information for the product 📦 ?
Yes, simply wait for the processing time (between 1 and 3 days). Once you receive your tracking number by email, go to the “Track Your Order” section, enter your tracking information, and you’ll be able to view your shipment status. I received a damaged item. What can I do ☁️ ?
We’re sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to: contact.info@playstrategik.com, and we’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order at any time to see where it is. Do you have a refund policy 🔙 ?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online orders. If you still wish to receive a refund, we can of course process it, provided the request is made within 30 days of the purchase date and the item(s) are not on sale. Some items are missing from my order, what’s going on 📦 ?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order includes items from two different warehouses, you will receive two separate shipments. The rest of your order is very likely on its way.

As a huge fan of the movie "Up", I’ve always loved the idea of living in a house open to the sky, filled with light and wonder. One day, I discovered something amazing: cloud ceiling lights. And instantly… I was hooked. 💡
🔧 2. From Frustration to Creation
The vibe, the warmth, the immersive glow—it had everything.
But then I realized... you either had to be a DIY expert, with tools and know-how, or pay a fortune for someone to build it for you.
There were almost no simple, ready-to-install kits.
So I decided to build my own.
With passion, patience, and a lot of late nights, I created PlayStrategik:
